General Lard Ass

I was aware of a conversation today (don't you just love overhearing stories), and the topic got onto this person's marriage, and more specifically their husband.

They have a couple kids, and both work. However, when she gets home, he expects her to cook and clean. She was making some general comments about how he just sits around in his recliner and watches television.

So, why do I feel the need to post about this story? It is because the insults started to fly. And then I began to fit the description, and I felt fat.

"He sits around the house, never helps clean. He just sits on his fat ass all day. He is already fat. He is 290 pounds, and has a 44 inch waist. You would think he would exercise, or maybe lift a finger around the house...but his ass is like an anchor."

In related news, I currently have lost 15 pounds, I am 280 pounds (less if you go by Dr. Barakat's scale), and my 46 inch jeans like to slip off my ass, and I am considering digging out some of my 44 inch jeans.

Of course, finding those 44 inch waist jeans would require me getting up from the computer chair...and my ass is an anchor.

It went fast.

I knew that I lost some that first week, and then I forgot about the scale for a week, and next thing I know, I'm flirting with 15 pounds lost.

Despite the "rolo" incident...I'm still sitting about 15 pounds under.

I figure I will have plenty of time to do a little more exercising tomorrow. Thank goodness for days off.

Eh...I meant to say "Thanks" as well...

Encouragement is always a good thing.
